THE TIME IS RIPE FOR A PEACEFUL REVOLUTION IN AMERICA
The WWII generation came home believing that the American Dream could be realized and they worked hard to see that their children did not suffer as they had done.
They were ignorant of the fact that their children were slowly and surely being indoctrinated through the school system, arts and media with a philosophy of relativism and a lifestyle they would never have wanted them to have.
Their children are the recipients of the tragic results of this indoctrination and another generation is following them into a lascivious, satanic society that we would not wish on anyone, let alone our great-grandchildren.

Democrats in combination with a bare majority of the US Supreme Court cheated the majority of Americans out of their rightful heritage.
Republicans with their inclusive Big Tent have been unbelieving and/or unwilling and/or incapable of restoring America to the values that existed from 1776 to the 1960’s.
THE CHEATED GENERATIONS proposes the UNIVERSAL POLITICAL PARTY:
- based on the belief in God and the Ten Commandments,
- as practiced by traditional Catholic, Protestant, Jewish and Islamic faiths
- with rules to facilitate drafting, nominating and electing honest, independent, persons of integrity
- people who will maintain their virtues once elected.

· It was illegal to conduct business on Sunday, except for essential services
· Fornication was a crime, Adultery was a crime

· Alienation of affections was a civil action
· Homosexual relations were not an acceptable life style

Our civil and criminal laws are not now based on the Ten Commandments:
The Ten Commandments are forbidden to be placed on the wall of a court room or a classroom or to be taught in our school. This action denies to children the experience of seeing their schools and their community cooperating in imparting the knowledge of the God-given laws they should be living by. Therefore, many of these children who grow up to be adults believe it is their right to ignore moral laws. After all, they contend, there is no civil law that says they must act in a moral manner, so why should they?

The Constitution should never be used by any branch of the government as an instrument to erect a wall of separation between the people who want to express their belief in God and in their communities and the government under which they live. The government should welcome religion in the community because it has been amply demonstrated that a belief in God makes for orderly living. Yet the courts now regularly impose decisions on the people from the Supreme Court which are not found in the constitution but are ‘discovered’ by the justices on the bench in order to put forth their own philosophy of what they think our laws should be. The platform of the Universal Political Party will include a proposal for another constitutional amendment that will require:
- US Supreme Court decisions must be unanimous in order to declare a law unconstitutional.
- Justices to come before the Senate once every nine years for re-appointment
- Constitutional Amendment to ban abortion and make it a crime to kill a fetus in the womb except in the rare case for the health of the mother
- Congress and the President to have power to override a decision of the Supreme Court by a percentage -say 60%
Why should the rules of law for the orderly conduct of a free society include a religious component and be protected by a Constitutional Amendment?
Because a free society depends on a moral citizenry and morals are embodied in religious belief.

The Constitution of the Universal Political Party will include:
- All members are believers in God.
- All members believe that God gave Moses the Ten Commandments for the benefit of mankind for all time.
- All members agree that the Ten Commandments should be the basis for all civil and criminal laws.
- All members of this party should be obligated to help raise funds for the election of candidates for office.
- All persons running for elective office should be prohibited from soliciting funds or using their own funds for their election.
